Student Feedback

"I have not been able utilise the skills I developed at University due to the lack of projects to work on. This changed substantially after I joined the Make Play Connect course. The course enabled me to impart my own knowledge and skills with teachers and fellow group members and, when working on the group film, instilled in me a deeper understanding of the many different ways there are to go about writing and researching a project.
This is perhaps best exemplified in my close working relationship with the lead actor with whom I was able to change and adapt the script as I watched his performance  during the filming process. This is a method I had not practiced before and is one I hope to do more in the future.  The course has also instilled in me a new confidence in my abilities and has emboldened me to build upon relationships I have with figures in the industry. This has lead to interviews for positions within the industry."
